Secure
I inspect with you (where possible), negotiate price and terms, and liaise with selling agents and your conveyancer to ensure accuracy and progress.

Settlement
I’m on board with you until settlement — attending pre-settlement inspections and arranging key collection.

How much does a Buyer’s Agent cost in Victoria?
My fee structure is a simple and transparent hybrid model:
Complete (End-to-End) Service
Percentage-based commission for complete end-to-end service. ​
• 1.1% of the purchase price (GST-inclusive)
• $1500 non-refundable engagement fee payable upfront
• Balance due when the purchase contract becomes unconditional
Partial Service (as defined by you)
